Bio
Travis Deese serves as the Associate Director of Americas Multifamily Research for CBRE. He specializes in data-driven storytelling and multifamily investment strategy. His work is grounded in trends analysis and analytics, specifically deciphering the impacts of economic forces on the multifamily sector fundamentals now and in the future, allowing him to support a wide range of client investment strategies. Travis’ research is regularly cited throughout the media including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Newsweek and many others.
Previously, Travis focused on national occupier research at CBRE, with a specialty in the flexible office sector. Before shifting his focus to a national scope, he led the Atlanta Research team, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of both investor and occupier perspectives across major property types, as well as the nuances in local versus national client goals.
Before joining CBRE’s Research division, Travis worked in CBRE’s valuations division and began his professional journey at Deloitte.
