Peter McEneaney is an Executive Vice President at Thor Equities, overseeing development and construction across the company’s global portfolio. His primary responsibilities include leading Thor’s continuous growth across all asset classes and project types including data centers, industrial, retail, office, and hotels.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester where he played baseball. He is also an active member of ULI sitting on both national and local production councils.
