Amanda Dugat is the Senior Managing Director of Servicing and Asset Management for SitusAMC in the U.S., bringing more than 20 years of experience across commercial real estate servicing, operations, and asset management.
In her current role, Amanda leads key initiatives that strengthen compliance, elevate quality standards, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization’s servicing and asset management platform. Her work focuses on driving process improvement, ensuring regulatory alignment, and delivering consistent, high quality service to clients.
Prior to joining SitusAMC, Amanda served as Senior Operations Manager for CBRE Loan Services, where she oversaw treasury functions and investor reporting for a diverse commercial loan portfolio. During her tenure, she designed and implemented several technology enabled solutions that streamlined operational workflows, improved productivity metrics, and reinforced process compliance. Amanda also played a critical role in building and managing offshore teams, expanding operational capacity while maintaining service excellence.
With a strong background in technology integration, operational leadership, and risk management, Amanda is recognized for her ability to modernize processes, build scalable teams, and deliver results in complex, deadline driven environments.
