Ms. Rivera-Pauley is a Senior Vice President at Regions Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is the Strategy and Operations Lead for the Real Estate Banking- Credit Products Group. Ms. Rivera-Pauley has 25+ years of broad experience in Banking and Accounting and has worked in a wide variety of fields including Asset Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, C&I, Large Corporate Syndications and Financial Reporting. Ms. Rivera-Pauley's previous positions have also covered a wide variety of institutions, including Barnett Bank, Wachovia, SouthTrust, SunTrust, EverBank, Community & Southern Bank, KeyBank and Bank of America.
Ms. Rivera-Pauley is actively engaged in the industry and community serving on the following Boards and committees:
• Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (“CREFC”): Board of Governors, Executive Committee, and Incoming Chair-Elect.
• CREFC Woman’s Network Advisory Board; the CREFC Atlanta Woman’s Network Committee, and Co-Chair of the DEI Communications Committee.
• Southeast Chapter of the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (“REIAC”): Board Member
• The Risk Management Association (“RMA”): Immediate Past President of the Atlanta Chapter
• Urban Land Institute (“ULI”): Co-Chair of the Atlanta ULI Capital Markets Council and Honored in 2022 by ULI WLI as a WLI “Change Maker”.
• Board of Trustees of Mount Paran Christian School.
Ms. Rivera-Pauley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, an MBA in Finance with dual concentrations in Finance and Operations Management from Rollins College, and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
