Holly Neber is CEO of AEI Consultants, an employee-owned property consulting firm with over 25 offices across the US. AEI provides building, environmental, and land assessment and appraisal services throughout North America. In addition to her role at AEI, Ms. Neber led the development of the recently published ASTM Property Resilience Assessment (PRA) standard guide as chair of the ASTM PRA Task Group. The PRA provides an assessment of physical climate risk and other natural hazards, existing vulnerabilities, and resilience measures, if needed, for commercial real estate assets. Ms. Neber also previously served as President of CREW Network and the National Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence Association (NEEDDA), as a board member of the Real Estate Roundtable representing CREW Network, and has participated in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) Sustainability Steering Committee, Berkeley Fisher Center for Real Estate Policy Advisory Board (PAB), and is frequent speaker to organizations such as the Risk Management Association (RMA), Environmental Bankers Association (EBA), American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC) and many others.
