Jane Rivers is a Vice President and Credit Analyst at T. Rowe Price Associates where she is responsible for credit analysis on a $3.5 billion portfolio of CMBS bonds. She currently serves as the Past Chair of CREFC’s Investment-Grade Bondholders Forum. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2015, Jane was a Research Analyst in the High Income unit of Fidelity Investments where she focused on high yield real estate debt investments for 11 years. She was previously an acquisitions analyst at the former AMB Property Corporation, an industrial REIT that later merged with Prologis. Jane earned her AB in Economics and History from Stanford University. Additionally, she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
