Gwen Roush is a Chicago-based Associate Managing Director at Morningstar DBRS, where she leads the North American CMBS Surveillance team. She has 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate and CMBS sectors, with prior roles at Midland Loan Services and PNC Multifamily Capital. Her team at Morningstar DBRS sits across locations in Chicago, Toronto, Philadelphia, and Mumbai, India. The Morningstar DBRS CMBS book is composed of over 800 credits, including multi-borrower conduit, single asset single borrower, CRE CLO, Agency finance and real estate adjacent transactions. The team conducts ongoing surveillance on Morningstar DBRS’s credit ratings for those transactions, with coverage across all commercial and multifamily property types and a multitude of lending platforms.
