Bio
Patrick Arangio is the Vice Chairman of the National Loan & Portfolio Sale Advisory practice at CBRE. For over 24 years, Mr. Arangio has advised and placed over $37 billion in commercial mortgage loans and real estate portfolios in the secondary market.
As lead advisor and transaction manager on over 250 large sale assignments, Mr. Arangio has curated sale and marketing strategies for a diverse group of institutional lenders, servicers, and corporate user clients. His specialization in performing and non-performing loans in addition to REO assets, showcases his versatility in transacting on any product type across all U.S. markets. His sale experience spans portfolios to single asset transactions and includes traditional loan and REO sales, consensual short sales and UCC foreclosures. Since 2010, he has revolutionized his practice by integrating large-scale strategic real estate portfolio sales into his repertoire.
Mr. Arangio oversees all aspects of the sale process including development of prospective sales strategies, portfolio and pool structuring, capital markets implementation, institutional contact liaison, negotiation and closing with buyers/sellers, and financing on behalf of sellers with all related ancillary advisory functions.
