Bio
Scott is head of Credit, Underwriting, and Securitization within the Real Estate Finance Group, which is responsible for the underwriting, sizing, execution, and disclosure of new issue commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). He joined Goldman Sachs as an associate on the CMBS team in 2013 and was named managing director in 2019.
Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked at Moody's Investors Service for eight years in the new issue CMBS Group.
Scott is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council.
Scott earned a dual BA in Business Economics and Public and Private Sector Organizations from Brown University in 2005.
