Lee Green is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Securitization and Capital Markets group of Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank, with a primary focus on Agency CMBS banking and securitization as well as private label CMBS transaction management and execution. Mr. Green joined Wells Fargo in 2010 from Fitch Ratings, where he also served in multiple roles in the CMBS group from November 1999 until May 2004. Before returning to Fitch, Mr. Green spent almost five years as a member of the Commercial Mortgage Group at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. and then with J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. following the merger of the two firms. In this role, Mr. Green’s primary responsibilities were managing CMBS securitization and execution, with additional duties consisting of large loan underwriting and origination. Prior to joining Fitch in 1999, Mr. Green was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Green is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he earned a B.S. in Business and Economics. Mr. Green is currently a CFA Charterholder.
