Shaishav joined Barclays in late 2025 as Head of U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE US). With over two decades of experience in CRE capital markets, Shaishav brings deep expertise in underwriting, structuring, pricing, and distribution of CRE loans and securitized products. Barclays has originated and securitized or syndicated approximately $68 billion in loans and acted as bookrunner on 380 securitizations totaling $358 billion.
Prior to Barclays, Shaishav led Global Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, overseeing securitization and syndication across CRE whole loans, CRE CLOs, SFR, Agency CMBS, and related transactions. Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Bank of America Securities in CMBS structuring.
