Mary Jane Potthoff is a Managing Director at DBRS Morningstar in the Business Development group responsible for covering commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) activity in North America. Prior to being appointed as Business Development lead for North American CMBS she Co-Headed the DBRS CMBS analytical group. Ms. Potthoff has over 25 years of experience working at rating agencies in the CMBS industry. Prior to joining DBRS to help start its US CMBS business, Ms. Potthoff was an Assistant Vice President at Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Co. and subsequently a Director with Fitch Ratings.
