CLE (Continuing Legal Education) Credits

CREFC will be offering CLE (Continuing Legal Education) credits for the CREFC Annual Conference in New York. Relevant CLE materials will be available in our Resource Center

We have submitted CLE applications to the following States that are now pending:
MN, NC, NJ, NY, and VA.

- DE approved 8 credits
- GA approved 8 credits
- FL approved 8.5 credits
- IL approved 8 credits
- KS approved 9.5 credits
- MO approved 9.6 credits
- OK approved 9.5 credits
- PA approved 8 credits
- TX approved 8 credits

Please complete the following online form by Friday, May 24th, if you are admitted in a state that is not listed above.  

This page will be updated periodically with the states we have received approval from. In order to receive CLE credits, you must sign in at the CLE desk in the registration area at the conference. Certificates of attendance will be provided on-site for the states that have already approved CLE credits for the conference. For states in which approval is pending, please make sure you leave your contact information or a business card at the desk and a certificate will be emailed to you post-conference.

NY Lawyers are required to sign-in and out for the following panels (only these panels will be submitted to the NY State Bar for approval):

  1. Game of Loans: Lending Landscape – Tuesday, May 11th, 2:00 pm – 2:50 pm
  2. Static Electricity: CRE CLO’s Staying Power – Tuesday, May 11th, 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  3. Will it Float?: SOFR as the New LIBOR – Tuesday, May 11th, 4:10 pm - 5:10 pm
  4. At the Table or on the Menu?: CRE Government & Regulatory Update – Wednesday, May 12th, 10:00 am – 11:00 am

All other Lawyers
are required to sign-in once at the CLE desk and collect the certificate of attendance at the end of the conference.

Attendees who do not sign in, will not receive CLE credits.
