Only CREFC Member Companies are able to reserve meeting spaces.

Conference Badges or Meeting Only Wrist Bands are required to access all private meeting areas located at the Cabanas, 3rd and 4th Floor meeting spaces. Meeting Only Attendees are required to be pre-registered with CREFC by their meeting host. Guests who are not pre-registered by their meeting host will be required to be escorted to the meeting space by their meeting host. CREFC will not accept on-site Meeting Only registrations without approval from a designated meeting host.

Wrist bands can be picked up at the registration desk on the 2nd floor of the hotel or outside of the hotel at Cabana 26. All attendees are required to show photo ID to pick up badges or wrist bands.
