Bio
Amy Pokawatana is an accomplished professional in the architecture and development fields. She currently serves as Senior Vice President, STUDIO at Kilroy Realty Corporation. STUDIO provides companywide management of all aesthetic experiences including the disciplines of Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Lighting Design, Art, Environmental Wayfinding, Branding, and Graphic Design across the company’s 14 million square feet portfolio which spans five regions.
Prior to joining Kilroy, Amy served as Vice President of Development Design at Hudson Pacific Properties from October 2017 until January 2025, overseeing the procurement, development, design and construction of Class A commercial office, workplace interiors and studio projects, including capital improvements, spec suites, redevelopment and ground-up construction across Hudson Pacific’s more than 14.1 million- square-foot office and 1.9 million-square-foot studio portfolio.
Prior to joining Hudson Pacific Properties, Amy spent seventeen years working at major architectural firms such as Gensler, Ehrlich Architects and Koning Eizenberg Architects and was involved in all areas of design from concept through construction administration.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California in 2000.
Amy is a licensed architect in the State of California, member of the American Institute of Architects, LEED Accredited Professional, Past President of the University of Southern California Architectural Guild, member of Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and Past Vice Chair of DEI, ULI Entertainment Development Product Council.
