Jessica Henning, based in Newport Beach, California, joined Eastdil Secured in 2021 and is focused on Debt Placement, Structured Finance and Loan Sale Advisory. She has broad capital markets experience with deep expertise in the large-scale portfolio and construction financings across the logistics, retail, healthcare and office debt markets. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Jessica was a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Bank, where she specialized in portfolio, bridge and construction financing based in Los Angeles, California and London, U.K.. Jessica holds a B.S. from The University of Southern California.
