Thia Ly is a seasoned commercial real estate leader with over 25 years of experience. She has overseen billions in investments across various sectors, including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily. Throughout her career, she has consistently prioritized long-term value creation and strategic growth. Currently, Thia serves as Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson, where she leads initiatives spanning portfolio and fund management, investor relations, asset management, capital markets, and property-level financing. Thia is passionate about mentorship and believes that careers in real estate are built through both relationships and resilience. She serves on the Kennedy Wilson Women’s Committee, a committee dedicated to addressing issues, concerns, and opportunities relevant to women in commercial real estate.
