Ms. Walling is a Director at AEW in the firm’s Private Equity Group and works as the Office Sector Leader for the group’s asset management team. Ms. Walling guides a team of 12 professionals who are responsible for the asset management of office and office development assets across the U.S. totaling over $8B in AUM. Ms. Walling has more than twenty years of real estate investment experience that encompasses the management of existing assets and portfolios as well as the underwriting of new investment opportunities. Before joining the firm’s Los Angeles office in 2011, she served as a Director at the Archon Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, with responsibility for an office/industrial portfolio located throughout the West Coast. Ms. Walling graduated from the University of California at Berkeley.
