Natalie Viola is a Director on the Debt Capital Markets team. She is responsible for debt capital markets activities across the Americas platform, including the execution of the firm’s financing and hedging strategies at the fund and asset level as well as the management of the existing debt and derivative portfolios.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Natalie held the position of Vice President at Calmwater Capital focusing on West Coast Originations. Previous positions include Vice President of Investments at Mosaic Real Estate Investors sitting on both the fund’s originations and asset management teams, Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting in the firm’s Real Estate Restructuring Practice Group, and Assistant Vice President at Nomura underwriting fixed and floating rate debt.
Natalie began her career in the industry in 2004.
Natalie earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
