Bio
Mike Fedorochko is a Vice President in the large loan CRE financing group at Barclays Capital where he focuses on underwriting, originating, structuring and distributing real estate debt for the firm’s institutional clients across CMBS, balance sheet and special-situations executions.
Prior to joining Barclays, Mike spent five years at DBRS Morningstar where he evaluated and assigned ratings to over $40 billion in single-asset/single-borrower (SASB) and conduit-fusion CMBS securities collateralized by a wide array of property types. He also worked to develop and enhance the firm’s ratings criteria and credit models, with a particular focus on SASB transactions.
Mike started his career in politics and government, serving as an aide and political advisor to New Jersey’s longest-serving Democratic Senator. He earned an B.A. in economics and statistics from Rutgers University, where he was on the men’s crew team.
