Leanne Tomar is the Managing Partner of LT Executive Search and is responsible for strategic hires across the US in commercial real estate. She started her real estate executive search career in 2008. After working at a large, global search firms for many years, she started LT Executive Search in 2019 and has become the personal recruiter to Wes Edens, Bruce Karsh, Jackie Soffer, Jonathan Goldstein and others. Leanne has a great perspective on strategic hires, team building, tough situations, and prides herself in caring as much about the candidates as the clients. She cares deeply about women in commercial real estate and runs the LT Executive Search annual scholarship every year which awards $10,000 to a deserving female in the industry. Leanne holds a master’s in real estate in real estate from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
