Job Warshaw serves as an exclusive consultant to Iron Hound Management Company, LLC, the premier workout advisory firm for the CRE industry. Since inception Iron Hound has completed over $80 billion in loan modifications and debt placement transactions.
Previously, Mr. Warshaw was Managing Director and Head of Special Servicing at LNR Partners, LLC, one of the CMBS industry’s largest special servicer and B-Piece investor. Joining LNR at its inception in 1992, Mr. Warshaw played a key role in all aspects of the formation and growth of LNR’s top-rated servicing platform and workout culture, including staffing, training, and development of internal systems, policies, and procedures.
Mr. Warshaw holds a BBA from Emory University, with a concentration in Finance.
