With over 15 years of experience, Ashley has led transactions and diligence engagements in asset-backed finance (ABF), including securitization readiness consulting, agreed-upon procedures such as loan file reviews, Regulation AB compliance cash flow modelling, and collateral analytics for ABS transactions across a wide range of issuers and product types. She has also provided assurance and advisory services relating to private label residential mortgage, Agency, ABS, and esoteric ABS transactions.
In addition, Ashley has managed teams performing valuations on fixed income products, including private label and agency RMBS, ABS (credit card, student loans, auto, data center and consumer), corporate debt, and consumer and residential mortgage portfolios. Her experience provides deep exposure to valuation methodologies and fair value considerations across diverse asset types. Ashley also has expertise in valuation governance and analyses, including evaluation of processes, systems, cash flow models, assumptions, and benchmarking.
