Isaac M. Pesin

Isaac M. Pesin has been with LNR since August 2003. As Co-President, he oversees all aspects of its special servicing business lines including loan workouts, real estate management and dispositions, strategic partnerships, credit underwriting, and due diligence operations.

Prior to assuming the role of Co-President, he served as the Division COO and Director of Business Development. In that role he spearheaded numerous process improvement initiatives to help manage the rapid growth of assets in special servicing while developing new sources of revenue for the firm. Mr. Pesin has had other duties at the company including overseeing operations of the Loan Asset Management department, managing a team of workout professionals, serving on LNR's investment committee, and managing LNR’s Surveillance group. Before joining LNR, Mr. Pesin worked in the real estate practice group at JP Morgan Partners, the private equity arm of JP Morgan Chase. His duties included evaluating new investment opportunities, analyzing and negotiating joint venture structures, and managing existing investment partnerships. Prior to JP Morgan, Mr. Pesin was an associate at Morgan Stanley in the real estate investment banking group.

Mr. Pesin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science with Honors from Williams College.
