Thank you for registering for CMSA's 13th Annual Convention to be held June 11-13 2007, At the Waldorf=Astoria, 301 Park Avenue (50th Street), New York, NY.
All substitution and cancellation requests must be made in writing, by e-mail or fax. Cancellations must be received on or before May 11, 2007 and are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per attendee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 11, 2007. Participant substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. No refunds will be given at any time for CMBS 201 or CRE CDO seminars
Dress code for the Convention is Business attire.

If you are interested in staying at the Waldorf=Astoria please either register for the hotel online at our website or download and fax in a completed Hotel Registration Form. Submitting a Hotel Registration Form either online or via fax does not gurantee a hotel reservation. If you have already sent in your hotel form, you will be contacted with your hotel confirmation number once your reservation has been processed and confirmed by the Waldorf=Astoria, within approximately two weeks.
