CRE Finance Council (CREFC) is pleased to announce the West Coast High Yield Real Estate Finance Summit. The event is hosted by CREFC’s High Yield Distressed Realty Assets (HYDRA) Forum and co-hosted by the Los Angeles Mortgage Association (LAMA). The Summit will take place on May 13 and May 14 at the beautiful Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica, CA. This premier day-and-a-half event will focus on opportunities in the high yield, mezzanine, preferred equity and distressed debt sectors, as well as CMBS and balance sheet lending trends, and more. All topics are presented by leading industry participants.
