The CRE Finance Council IRP™ (CREFC IRP™) is a transparent, standardized compilation of bond, loan and property-level information for CMBS securitizations. The Council also has established a number of other key standards which, in sum, create a multi-dimensional and agreeable investing environment for commercial real estate finance market participants.
