Servicer Committee

Purpose:
The Committe was established in November 2007. This Committee enables servicers to come together to dicuss topics related to European commercial real estate securitisations and address industry issues of common interest.  It provides a forum for the identification of issues impacting the European CMBS business, identify how such issues may particularly impact the servicer community, and to articulate the views of the servicer community.  This Committee is charged with identifying issues affecting the servicer constituency and providing input and perspective required addressing the broader industry issues.

It is limited to servicers (primary and special) only.
