  • Operating expense and capital data entry
  • MLA Setup
This case study will have a specific focus on:
  • CAM recoveries
  • Reference Accounts

  • Natural pro-rata share
  • Available AE reports and methods by which to scrub the model proving it all works.
The case study will be followed by a short question and answer session.

This two hour industry event is targeted to analysts and associates across the CRE finance community.  The software overview will be led by Eric Herlands, a managing director at Townhouse Partners.  With 30+ years of valuation / transactional experience, Mr. Herlands is currently an adjunct at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.  Mr. Herlands developed and currently teaches an Argus focused acquisitions elective within the graduate school.
