Servicers Forum

Chair: Daniel Bober, Wells Fargo Bank; Chair-Elect: Erin Stafford, DBRS

The Servicers Forum provides an opportunity to interact and address the issues particular to this segment of the marketplace. This Forum includes primary and master servicers, special servicers and asset managers. This Forum offers a thorough examination of the increasing demands of the commercial real estate credit issues on servicing operations, and the optimal business model for the future of commercial servicing.

The Forum meets at least twice-a-year. The next scheduled meeting is at the CRE Finance Council’s 2010 Annual June Convention in New York, June 14-16.

The Chair of the Servicers Forum serves on the Board of Governors and the Chair and Chair-elect both serve on CRE Finance Council’s Policy Committee and help set the CRE Finance Council’s policy positions. At the conclusion of the first year of these CRE Finance Council Forums, the Forum Leadership Team in place will solicit nominations for a new Chair-elect from the Forum members, select the new leader, have the individual affirmed by Forum members and have this individual ratified by the full CRE Finance Council Board. The Chair will continue to serve for one additional year as Past Chair.
