Multifamily Lenders Forum
Chair: David Brickman, Freddie Mac; Chair-Elect: Jeff Day, Deutsche Bank
The Multifamily Lenders Forum provides an opportunity to interact and address the issues particular to the multifamily segment of the marketplace. This Forum includes FannieMae DUS™ Lenders, Freddie Mac Program Plus Lenders, and affordable housing lenders and is focused on GSE reform and how it will affect multifamily lending. In particular, the Multifamily Forum will look at the emergence of capital, the role of tax credits, single-family reforms affecting commercial lending, asset-performance and capital access for multifamily developments going forward.
The Forum meets at least twice-a-year.
The Chair of the Multifamily Lenders Forum serves on the Board of Governors and the Chair and Chair-elect both serve on CRE Finance Council’s Policy Committee and help set The CRE Finance Council’s policy positions. At the conclusion of the first year of these CRE Finance Council Forums, the Forum Leadership Team in place will solicit nominations for a new Chair-elect from the Forum members, select the new leader, have the individual affirmed by Forum members and have this individual ratified by the full Council Board. The Chair will continue to serve for one additional year as Past Chair.
We look forward to your participation in the CRE Finance Council Multifamily Lenders Forum.
