Investment-Grade Bondholders Forum

The Investment-Grade Bondholders Forum provides an opportunity for IG-only investors to interact and address issues and challenges of particular interest to this segment of the marketplace. It will meet at least twice-a-year.

The Chair of the Investment-Grade Bondholders Forum serves on the Board of Governors and the Chair and Chair-elect both serve on CRE Finance Council’s Policy Committee and help set The CRE Finance Council’s policy positions. At the conclusion of the first year of these CRE Finance Council Forums, the Forum Leadership Team in place will solicit nominations for a new Chair-elect from the Forum members, select the new leader, have the individual affirmed by Forum members and have this individual ratified by the full Council Board. The Chair will continue to serve for one additional year as Past Chair.
