High Yield Debt and Investment Forum 

This newly-created Forum is dedicated to industry participants seeking high yield through lending or debt investment in commercial real estate. Participants include investors of B-notes, bridge, mezzanine and non-performing loans, servicers, workout specialists, loan advisers and specialty lenders from a domestic and a global perspective.

The Chair of the High Yield Debt and Investment Forum serves on the Board of Governors, and the Chair and Chair-Elect both serve on CREFC's Policy Committee.
